HOW IT WORKS

We are pleased that you want to become part of a new shopping experience! Here’s how it works:

2 Ways to Consign!!!!! (you choose)!

  • 1.  OPEN CONSIGNMENT:  for new and existing consignors.  If you a new consignor OR wish to wait in the store while we go through your items, you MUST come on a designated “open consignment”  day. These days are Monday-Wednesday during normal store hours.
  • 2.  DROP AND GO:  If you are an existing consignor you may Drop & Go anytime!  This means that you will drop your items off and DO NOT need to wait while we go through them.  After sorting your items, anything unaccepted by us will be donated to charity.
  • We accept high end, designer or boutique style clothing, handbags, shoes and accessories for women and men (authentic goods only) Please check our “Brands we Love” page to find out what we will accept.
  • We authenticate every item that comes into our store. Every label has its own identifying mark and if we cant verify the authenticity of your item it will be returned to you on the spot. :) !
  • All clothing MUST be current, in “like new” condition and seasonally appropriate.
  • All clothing should be freshly laundered, pressed and folded–no stains, missing buttons, etc.  We prefer items to be in bags rather than on hangers :)
  • PLEASE CHECK YOUR ITEMS OVER VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU BRING THEM IN. If items are deemed “unsellable” by us because of stains, holes, pet hair, odors and the like, they will automatically be donated.
  • We will go through your items and give back to you any “no thank-you’s”. We reserve the right to refuse items based on style, condition, and supply and demand. We are very selective and stock our store according to our customers buying patterns.
  • We reserve the right to mark items on sale or have promotions when we see the need.
  • We will do our best to safeguard your items, but we are not responsible for damage or loss.
  • The consignment period is 60 days, after that any unsold items may be picked up or left here for donation!
  • A small buyers fee will be added to the price of each item. This is paid by the buyer.
  • You will receive 40% of the selling price or if you keep your money in the store and use it as store credit you will receive a discount of purchases.
  • Checks may be picked up anytime by stopping in the store.
